DPI Infidelity Investigation Cheating Husband Case
Patience with a plan is what we have been preaching to clients for years. If there is no plan, there’s not going to be good results. In our most recent success story, it took nearly three months to catch this cheating husband.
Our client was hesitant to employ certain tactics we suggested at first and eventually realized what we were suggesting was the only way to go. Sometimes clients believe they know best but when it comes to infidelity investigations, we suggest listening to what we have to say.
The reasons it took us longer than normal in this case was due to a few critical factors.
One issue was being handcuffed by our client in not authorizing tracking of any sort. Another was that she kept reconciling without reason and discontinuing service on and off. Lastly, her husband was an extremely cautious cheater as he is in a high profile position where discretion is supreme.
I reminded our client that since she was a co owner of the vehicle, she had legal and permissible reason to track the car. Once we were able to implement our tools, we were able to program devices to alert us. This is a huge advantage and ultimately a cost saver for our clients.
We were able to react to an alert sent by our system and respond in minutes. Our Mr. Cautious was simply outmatched once our client let us operate freely and was caught at a restaurant in a hotel with his young girlfriend. We contacted our client and the rest is history.
The cheater never knew he had been followed and bugged so our client was very pleased with our results and discretion.
Our client had been spending thousands of dollars on marriage counseling and had no idea that her husband was cheating to the extent we determined. The counselor literally was playing our client in my opinion and keeping them “on the hook” for endless counseling sessions at $175 per session. Her counselor kept convincing our client that there was no evidence of her husband cheating and that they should simply continue coming to sessions. I don’t blame our client and suggest that everyone be very cautious with counselors and to push for answers otherwise many will string clients along forever with no results.
We were also able to extract his text and phone messages from his phone (she was also on this account) and found that he had been cheating for over a year and had met his girlfriend several times at hotels prior to hiring us.
I always ask the client how they are doing after the case is closed as it can be a very trying time. Our client was depressed but encouraged of our findings and now considering her options. Our client’s husband reportedly had a salary in the very high 6 figures and with 4 children, this guy is in a world of hurt in the event of divorce. Although the infidelity in a no fault divorce state may not be a factor by itself, it sure creates a starting point that in this cheater’s case may cost him over 10k per month in support and alimony payments.
